Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Express Docking Station Review

It is very easy to use and is plug and play. Plug it into an outlet, dock host, and then connect the peripherals. It has an amazing amount of ports. The extra storage and power charging is an added bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cable is exactly what I needed to connect my laptop to my docking station. My old Thunderbolt cable sheathing was coming apart at the end and wasn't long enough for me to place my docking station back behind my monitors like I wanted. This Belkin cable solves both of those problems, and provides 100W power delivery, where my old cable only gave me 40W. I really like the high power rating, as it allows my laptop to charge up much faster. This cable is super long, roughly 6ft, and has a very premium build quality feel to it. I love using Thunderbolt cables as they really declutter my workspace and make docking and undocking my laptop as simple as plugging in a cable. This is hands-down the best Thunderbolt cable I've owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a Plugable USB-C Dual DisplayPort & HDMI Display Docking Station because I upgraded to a laptop with two monitors. This docking station was easy to set up. The quality of it seems to be nice and the docking station looks premium. It seems to be working flawlessly for what I need. I really like that it is light and works nicely with my Chromebook and 2 monitors. The packaging comes with UD-MSTHDC Docking Station, power adapter, USB-C and USB-C cable.

Works perfectly for me. I use it in conjunction with a Belkin Thunderbolt 2 Express Dock to give me a docking solution for my MacBook Air that gets me access to an external keyboard and mouse, ethernet, sound and from the dock to this wee beastie via Thunderbolt and one USB for dual displays. Easy and quick to set up (I plugged it all in and it went). I've not tried it for video (apart from a few YouTube clips that worked fine), so can't confirm or deny those reports. The two displays show up as one big display on the MacBook, which is less than perfect but entirely manageable. Has worked flawlessly for the last couple of weeks since it arrived.

Using this docking station with my Dell XPS15. One Thunderbolt connection is now all I need to have my laptop connected to two QHD monitors (one of them widescreen), desktop speakers, keyboard/mouse, and a backup hard drive. That still leaves a few ports available for additional accessories. The only thing that would possibly make this dock better would be the SD card readers that some other brands include. It's nice to be able to just unplug one connection to go portable - and plug back in for a desktop-like experience. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This is a lot zippier than my MacBook pro. I paired it with a Thunderbolt 4 docking station, because the ports are limited. The docking station has a SSD, which expands the storage of the Mini.

This Apple Thunderbolt 2 cable, was the cable needed to connect an older desktop MacPro(late 2013) computer to a OWC Thunderbolt 3 docking station(note: a Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 adaptor is needed to connect the computer to a Thunderbolt 3 docking station. Thanks to B&H for making all of this happen.
