Other adapters I have used in the past cause the laptop to lag when recognizing the screen on wake from sleep. That is not the case with this adapter. The screen instantly connects. I replaced a previous VAVA adapter because it was dropping the ethernet connection. This one does not have that issue. It has one less USB connection, but that is not an issue for me.
