Belkin Wireless G Router Setup Utility

Initially I had a problem with the setup, I found help on the support page of the ASUS website and the download for the ASUS utility APP. I unplugged the router and rebooted the computer. I started over, signed into the router and completed the setup. I downloaded the utility AP. for signing into the router in the future. After that it was just a matter of reconnecting all of the devices. The RT-AX57 functions very well. It takes full advantage of my service speed and is a great replacement for my previous ASUS router. Aside from my setup problem, that was probably my fault, I highly recommend this router.

Installed by utility company I use. Seemed easy to do. Wireless setup was a snap. Ability to set up a vacation schedule is very handy so it is cool when we get home. Have save some on electric cost already.

Hello Asus. This wireless router is excellent. Easy to setup and works great. This is my 3rd Asus wireless router and when it's time for a new one down the line I will purchase another Asus product.

Upon doing a lot of research between other cable modem/router combos, I finally decided the Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 was the best selection to fit my needs. I live in a home that is 1850 square ft and the wireless coverage reaches in all areas of the entire house with no problem as I performed multiple speed tests and the results were very consistent throughout. The setup through the router setup management interface was seamless and very user friendly. I was able to set up my 2.4Ghz, 5 GHz, and guest wireless networks in 3 minutes. I also like the fact that you can set parental controls to manage usage time and block inappropriate websites. The Netgear ReadyShare Vault is extremely handy for me so that I can share movies, pictures, and files across the network. Overall, I would highly recommend this product!

This cable modem and wireless router is the way to go! Much better than my old setup with the cable company that I had to put a wireless router behind. It eliminated many problems and I no longer have to trouble shoot between the two of them. One device and is providing me with faster internet and wireless speeds, this modem/router is the way to go for any cable user.

I turned the wireless router i was renting should have done it sooner no buffing better picture setup was easy with you IT support I reviewed it first had the best rating very satisfied with the product

Saw previous reviews where people were saying they had issues with it. I have an old wireless router that I setup (don't connect this to the internet) and use this to route pix from my D5 to my laptop. I previously used the tethered setup and that worked fine and I've done limited tests. I have a couple of larger events in the upcoming weeks where I will be using this but so far so good.

Very easy clean setup with this UAP. I wanted to relocate my wireless access point (wireless router) from it's poor location so I was able to cleanly install this on top of my entertainment center with only a single CAT5E cable. Works like a charm. SETUP The product was very simple to setup. I ended up at first just using the iOS app to set it up which allow for you to get it up and running quickly. I then later installed the controller software on my iMac (after deciding my raspberry pi wasn't a good idea). The software is much more robust in terms of what it can do. Here you can RF scan, and check your site out. The controller software isnt required to run all the time so this is a good option to see what it can do. Only certain features will require it to be running all the time. Overall I'm very happy and am planning on purchasing a Ubiquiti Edge ER-X router in the near future and possibly even a Unifi Cloud Key, although, for a residential unit, it's not really needed.

Had several of these in a house, where the utility's street transformer blew and sent 500+ volts up the lines into my house. The Belkin units protected some products (like my TVs) and not others (like a fridge) (the spike actually melted some of the Belkin units, others had black burn marks). But Belkin replaced the units and provided insurance protection (as advertised on the blown units). I was concerned at first but very happy with their standing behind their products.
