This model is one that is compatible with Xfinity. I was surprised how much technology has changed because my previous NetGear modem did not require a router but this one does. I think some information needs to be added to the outside of the packaging to tell the user to buy a router while they’re at the store buying the modem!! I also don’t understand why the modem has a password because as I set the new system up, I needed to use the router name and created a password. Hopefully I got everything set up correctly - - I am able to connect to WiFi using the router name. 5 |

Bought after watching video from Pack Hacker. To be used for macro work and traveling. Nice to be able to put a little extra light on the subject (pardon the pun). Plan to take to Bryce Canyon to use for night shoot/video. Small enough to put in your pocket and built in battery indicator is a plus. 5 |

After replacing my Wireless router with the Amplifi, I was able to resolve dead spots and double my available wireless bandwidth. Wifi 6 isn't supported, but there are not many devices that need wifi 6 in my environment. The setup was seamless and I love the App for monitoring the system. 5 |
