I have used it for several performances and it has always delivered. I recorded a choir concert in a large church with 6 musicians. It did a great job on solos, the choir, percussion and a string bass. We were even able to make a CD that sounded very respectable. If you want to use it on the Ipad, you need the Mac camera adapter. I bought one and gave it to a musician friend for her birthday.

Bought these to replace bulky softboxes we used to light pre-recorded church services in a small chapel. Now that we're live streaming, we needed something that could kick out more light and be less obstructive. These have fit the bill. We have them maybe 15 feet from the altar. They throw enough light for the Mevo, and the barn doors have helped us focus light just on the altar and pulpit. The light stands feel solid. I'm still astounded by the price. Glad they do have a dimmer nob and diffuser filter.

I had a serious hum in our distributed and recorded video of our church services. I output from our audio console directly to a Canon HD camcorder using an XLR cable and the background hum was a complete distraction. I was told by an audio production professional to get this product and it would solve my issue. It did and by a margin of 100% fixed. I highly recommend this product for anyone with audio hum.

We are using the product to repaint one of our studios. We have used the product before, thus the reason we are using again.
