Benq Ips Gaming Monitors

Despite the hefty price tag, I gave it a try because I have had a BenQ Gaming monitors from long ago which lasted till now when I figured its time to upgrade to the newer techs. 165Hz and curvature really made gaming more immersive & oh man, the speakers were really a great addition. Hear for yourself, I never knew speakers would make such a difference in the overall gaming experience. It is premium in build from every angle....despite the price lol, but it's worth it I'd say

I researched monitors for work and gaming for months. I used to use strictly gaming IPS and OLED’s but it sucked for using for reading. The RGB around text of Q-OLEDs and the shadow effect of W-OLEDS. plus I didn’t like the burn in fear of OLEDs. This brought me back to IPS as the best all rounders. This particular screen does phenomenal HD brightness and love the color correctness for photo or video work and zero burn in fear. I don’t need the latest and greatest, I just need an excellent all rounder and this is it for me. Although not ideal for PC gaming due to the 5ms lag, the 120hz speed is perfect for gaming on PS5 consoles. This screen is bright!

I've used a BenQ PD3200U 32 4K IPS Display Designer Monitor for years. This LG monitor is a great upgrade in terms of display quality and physical form factor. Decided I needed to buy a second right away.

Received the BenQ PD2500Q 25 16:9 IPS Monitor from BPH three days after I placed my order, and have been using it for almost three weeks now. It was very easy to set up and has an excellent 2K picture. Am thinking of buying another one for my wife to use with her HP Spectre x360 13t.

I am getting more seriously into photography and working on my first photobook so I wanted to get a monitor with a wide color gamut. I tried other brands before getting this one. The Viewsonic (now discontinued) had a really awful system for managing settings and was shifting colors depending on application which I found very weird. Then I tried BenQ and the IPS was just unacceptable. I could tell just by looking at my screen that the right bottom corner had a bluish tint and the left bottom corner a magenta one (tried 2 units and both were about the same). Compared to my almost 10 year old Samsung monitor, both were worse. So I kept that and waited to try this. Thankfully, the wait paid off. Finally a monitor with decent levels of IPS glow. It does have a little bit on the top part of the monitor but there is no color cast to it and is not noticeable except when inspecting it in the dark. Still miles better than the BenQ. The color calibration was also the fastest of any brand and the monitor comes fully assembled. Worth the premium price in my view.

I had two of the same Asus monitors before and now this is my third. Great monitor for the price and it's IPS panel

Awesome IPS monitor. One of the best IPS I've seen over the last 10 years. This could be a symbol of peak IPS before OLED tech swamps the market. PLUSSES: - Great out of the box experience. It just works. sRGB mode looks pretty good and colors appear saturated. Bright enough too. - 260hz works. No DSC needed. Frametimes are jittery at 260hz, but there's also a 250hz mode that works better. - G-Sync works quite well up to 240hz with minimal tearing. Very good implementation. I can't say the same with other monitors. For 240hz monitors, OLED included, I often had to cap FPS at 220 or lower to make G-Sync stop tearing. - Low input lag. Responsive feeling. - Power supply is integrated into the back of the panel. No power brick. - The matte coating is not too aggressive. I've seen a lot worse. This is tame. - Professional looking design from the front. MINUSES: - IPS glow. Backlight bleed seems to be inescapable with IPS, even this panel. The glow starts at the corners then slowly creeps around. For now, the center of my panel has no glow. - Bad contrast. Bad contrast seems to always be a thing with IPS. - ELMB sync doesn't work well. I didn't care. - HDR performance is mid at best. OVERALL: This thing slaps for a monitor priced under $400. It's a relief to find a banger IPS monitor that just works. Don't have to deal with the gimmicks of early-gen OLED monitors.

Like most I had been using 2-24 monitors for years. But the amount of space taken up with those monitors and wires and dongles... was a bit much. I looked for the largest desktop, non-curved and not a TV to use for my desk and came across this Benq. Sure it's not 4k, but that's why I have my MacBook Pro 14's XDR quality display for... checking colors and accuracy. The Benq is for getting things organized and done. Pricey, but well worth the gain in workflow for myself : )

My two SW272U's and the BenQ support folks in one word ... AWESOME!!! First off, I've have never seen a company packed the way BenQ does, it's the coolest packing my wife and I have ever seen. Extremely well thought out ... KUDO's to BenQ. The monitors themselves took minutes to setup and the picture on both are beautiful. We also had B&H send out a x-rite Display Plus HL and a pair of OWC Thunderbolt 4 ... 2.0 meter long. The TB4 are DisplayPort Alt Mode capable. The cables that came with the monitors are USB Type C and for our layout, they were a little short, the 2.0 meters was perfect and Palette Master Ultimate found both monitors using these 4TB, I mention this because not all cables are DisplayPort Alt Mode capable. If you are going to connect this to any Apple and need extra cable feet, this is the way to go. The stand that the monitors come with are built really well and the monitors keep perfectly level on them, not top heavy, really easy to move side to side, up and down, 90 degree. Now here's the part that cracks me up, the wife now once me order a Canon Photo printer from B&H so she start printing out and framing photos she likes and that's kinda of why we got these monitors ... for their true screen to print representation, and when we do that, I review that as well

Fantastic iPS monitor! I dare say I can do design work on this monitor. These new monitors are so color accurate! Looks better than my other $1200 monitors. I paired this monitor with a ryzen 5800x and 6800xt and my fps is pinned at 230. Great 1440 fast ips!
