I have a LiFePO4 100Ah battery that I use for some portable operations in the field. If I happen to have AC power then I can plug it in to this unit and turn it into a 12.6 VDC power supply. If I need to I can use it to recharge my battery. TRYING TO USE A BATTERY CHARGER TO POWER YOUR ELECTRONICS CAN EASILY KILL YOUR ELECTRONICS. Most electronics do not like voltage over 15 v and many chargers will start out at 16-18v and will fry your electronics so this device has a specific power supply mode at a steady 12.6V. Perfect.

That's sooo smart. The build... DTap and other sources are well placed and can be used for multitudes of equipment. Crazy. The battery lasts a. Long. Long. Time!! I used it for more than it's "intended" purpose on a music video shoot. I rigged a 7" 12v monitor (DTap), powered a follow focus knob (5V), a wireless HD video receiver (12v), and .... something else. Effortless. The team loved the rig!!... you could see the gears in their minds spinning with possibilities !!!!!! Think outside of the box with this unit.
