I had another samsonite backpack, it was for larger laptops and I was using a macbook 15" which is relatively smaller than most laptops. This backpack is said to be compatible with 13" but 15" can be jammed too. I was looking for a good quality small backpack for school and I am loving this.

This bag works great for both my 14 and 15 laptops. The PC compartment is nicely padded and very protective. The second full-size zippered pocket is perfect for carrying all the other stuff I haul around like power supply, numeric keypad, mouse, etc. I like the pen and CD pockets too.
