Best 17 Inch Gaming Laptop Under 500

This stand is exactly what I needed since I use a 17 inch Lenovo Y70 laptop and wanted a safe and secure way to tether it while shooting in the studio. From what I had discovered previously a lot of stands won't hold a laptop that large. This does and I like the non slip surface as well as the adjustable pins that can be snugged up so the laptop won't accidentally shift and fall. The mouse pad is a nice addition albeit it is a pretty small area so your mouse motions are limited. The tripod leg base is well made and locks in place with no slippage.

I love this bag. I'm a videographer and I pick up and travel pretty often. This fits my 17 inch laptop, notebook, make-up bag, ipad, planner, and several hard drives without it feeling too heavy. It's very spacious and sturdy. This is my first time trying out a Samsonite bookbag and I've received so many compliments.

It was about time to update my 5-year old 15-inch laptop and was looking for PC with good computing power but with a bigger screen as sometimes I tend multitask a lot. I found this 17-inch LG laptop with the specifications I needed but was hesitant as I didn’t know how portable a 17- inch laptop would be. When I received it I realized this is way more portable than my previous machine. It is way lighter with a better screen. I immediately opened all the 15 tabs I am used to without any performance issues. Speakers are good but could be slight better. In general. I am pretty happy with my purchase. I was able to find a laptop with quite big screen and numeric keyboard without compromising on portability as the weight is perfect while traveling. Bought this for my son. I paid the first $500 so he would have a laptop for online high school. He paid the rest to upgrade to a gaming computer. 2 months later, he says it is working great. No issues with lagging for gaming.

I was looking for a 15 inch gaming laptop and I saw this on the B&H website. I was impressed by the specs and brought it. Since it had two SSD slots, one empty, I purchased a 1TB SSD and installed it, no problem. The Asus Tuf Gaming Laptop boots in seconds and the battery life is far beyond impressive, non-gaming, it lasts since most gaming laptops are bad on battery life. It has no DVD drive since it's military specs and no card reader which I purchased later. Excellent.
