Even if you have wireless (I do) and the little stands to set phones on (I do) it's still really good to keep some cables around. These feel much strong than the average cable and have the extended thick rubber below the plug to prevent breaking. This is my go to for laying in bed at night after my phone is dying and my own battery is drained. I can scroll and roll. 5 |

The charging pad I have you need to set your phone down just right to get it to charge and the other stand I have is highly sensitive as well so if you don't put it just right it won't charge. I have not had that problem with this one yet... 5 |

First seen on NAMM 2016 - loved them instantaneously. By that time was buying my own gear for documentaries/indie filming and was inspired by the performance and price. You can easily get 4 recorders with good quality preamps and lavs in under $1000 - that's incredible. Love simple and quick plug-n-play, set the level (you can pick from 5) and ready to go. It's recording your actual signal and a "safe" version with less hot signal. The thing is that when I "grow up" to acquire wireless lavs, I will still have these unist running in parallel for recording backup (as you know even expensive wireless sets can have interferences sometimes). In a nutshell - portable autonomous mono recorder for wide range of applications (I've seen people using it as an on-camera mic recorder for GX85 and similar digital cameras) 5 |
