With the WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones, I can hear crystal clear and have total noise cancellation from the kids or whatever is going on at home. First, let me say that these are super comfortable and not heavy on my ears. I sometimes have to wear them for hours with no discomfort at all. Secondly, pairing is easy and there is a multi-pairing feature so you can take calls, without having to remove your headphones and can switch between your music on one device and calls on another with the touch sensor. You can also skip tracks, adjust the volume control, and activate your voice assistant with the touch control. I like that your music pauses when you remove the headphones and will start back where you were when you put them back on. There is a speak to chat that automatically adjusts volume when making calls so your calls are very clear. The battery life is excellent and will give you up to 30 hours when fully charged. Lastly, the microphones (5) pick up every word with precise clarity. The sound quality is unbelievable! I can honestly say I love my Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones!

Here are a few key points for those who are looking to purchase. Long lasting battery: Over the past week, listening to music and connecting to my computer for work meetings, I have yet to charge it. It automatically turns off when not in use and connects when needed. So this allows for a longer time of use. Comfort: It is very light, I could hardly tell it was on my head. For someone who is staring at 5 other over the ear headphones, this one is my go to now. Quick connection: If I am on my computer, once I turn it on, it connects automatically now. When I first got it, my tablet (apple), my phone(apple), and my computer (windows) all recognized it and connected without failure. Buttons: The buttons are displaced perfectly on this set. I didn't even have to look at the instructions, it just works! Sound: Crisp and clear for music. Not overly bass heavy, which is nice when comparing them to my Beats. Clear and no background noise for phone calls. I asked many people and made phone calls and everyone stated that they could hear me and I could hear them perfectly. Nice Job JBL!!

The best thing about these headphones is that you can’t even feel them once they are on. They are super comfortable sound is great and because they are not plugged into your ear you sometimes have a little difficult to hearing when there’s a lot of traffic noise. But easily fixed by increasing the volume. It is not easy to take cell phone calls, have to to figure out which side to tap and how many taps and there’s a very bad echo and I found difficulty with phone calls where the headphones transferred between music and hanging up on my caller. Overall, for the purpose of listening to music while exercising, while on a plane or just walking these are great. I also like being able to hear noise around me because I am often on the street so I feel bit safer with them. And … As I said, they are extremely comfortable.

Best headphones I've ever owned. I wear them most of the day for work and listen to music in between phone calls. I hear everyone I speak to crystal clear and never have issues with dropping calls or people not being able to hear me. Very comfortable not once I have even noticed a bit of discomfort. The sound quality of both my phone calls and the music is outstanding. I've been through a lot of headphones over the years and I can tell you this is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I also love how quickly these charge. I get a lot of phone calls from work through the day and at this point I'm so spoiled being hands free. Thankfully if I need a quick charge in just 5-10 minutes I get enough of a charge to get me through the day. The full charge doesn't take long at all either. Very impressed all the way around.
