Adjustable from ceiling bracket to mount. You may need an additional converter from male to female for the actual mounting brackets; the top and bottom is grooved identically. To mount the top side of a peerless projector mount you will need to add an adapter (which was included with the new one I ordered but didn't have one for an older mount. 5 |

I used this on a standing desk converter (you know one of those contraptions that sit on top of a regular desk) to mount a DSLR so it could be used as a webcam. You will also need a clamp (Manfrotto 035 super clamp) to attach the arm to the desk. The result is adjustable and very stable for the weight of a Canon Rebel camera. The person I set it up for is very happy. 5 |

I love my new sit-stand desk converter. It was easy to install and goes up and down fairly easy. I opted for the manual lift and am very happy with it. I have one large monitor and my laptop set up side by side. My only complaint is that I should have ordered one sooner! 5 |
