Best Akg Over Ear Bass Wired Headphones

I recently got my hands on the AKG K371 Over-Ear Oval Closed-Back Studio Headphones and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The sound quality is outstanding, rivaling my higher-priced Sennheiser headphones. The AKG K371 delivers clear, balanced audio, making it an excellent choice for both casual listening and studio work. The design of the headphones is another highlight. With a sleek and smooth aesthetic, they not only provide comfort for extended listening sessions but also add a touch of style. The build quality feels robust, ensuring these headphones can withstand the rigors of daily use. However, it's worth noting that the AKG K371 headphones do not offer significant sound isolation from external noise. While this may not be a deal-breaker for everyone, it's an important consideration if you're planning to use them in noisy environments.

Great as Bluetooth headphones, over the ear wired headphones and noise cancelling.

I currently own several pairs of headphones (2 Sennheiser, 2 AKG, 1 Grado) and that doesn't include in-ear/earbuds. The ATH-M50x's are my favorite! Great sound, comfortable & easy to drive. I like that they come with 3 different cable lengths. They are over ear, meaning a little bigger, but that helps seal out external sounds. Highly recommended!

I heard a lot about AKG headphones so I decided to get my own pair. I bought the K182 over the ear headphones. Right out of the box they sounded good. I am still breaking them in as I only purchased them a couple weeks ago. I listen to music at home using my iPad and some streaming services. Very happy with the Quality build and comfort fit. I use the HeadAmp6PRO to listen to high end headphones, like AKG K-702, Beyerdynamic DT-990, and Sennheiser HD595. I also have a discrete class A headphone amp, but two of the above headphones need more bass, in my opinion. The bass/treble control is great - very low noise - can play the 702's very loud and they are not easy to power. Highly Recommended for this purpose, or Pro Audio.

I am enjoying my Marshall Over-ear Monitor II A.N.C headphones. Lots O'padding, comfortable when I wear my glasses. The Noise cancelling feature is really awesome.

Over the ear headphones reduce ambient noise. Sound quality is very good for mono headphones.

I personally don’t get on with in-ear headphones. Over-ear seem too cumbersome as I use mine mainly on dog walks and need to carry them in my pocket sometimes. The Major IV seem to offer the best of both worlds. They are on-ear, yet deliver a really good sound. The design is simple and different to most other headphones available. The battery life is astonishing. I’ve had mine for two weeks now and still haven’t needed to charge them. Really, really pleased with them.

Over the years I have gone through many headphones almost all of which broke. The head band broke or one of the ear pieces broke off. These are extremely well made and virtually unbreakable. More importantly, it has superb sound able to pick up from the lowest frequency to the highest! The sound is very rich, full and clear. Love them!

Calls are clear, bass is not as strong as in ear headphones. All in all, they’re great for working outside.
