I am not a professional photographer but enjoy taking photos. This is my first monochrom digital camera and it is really impressive. The quality of the photos is really amazing. I also have a Q2 but the B&W output from Q2 is definite different from the Q2 monochrom.

Having fell in love with the Canon Digital Rebel XT and the ease of use for an amateur I thought it would not be possible to have a better easy-to-use pro-like camera. I was wrong! I am in love again with my new Canon EOS 50D. All my Canon lens fit my new camera body so I am good to go. What an awesome intuitive camera.

Over 30yrs in amateur photography from all over the world. Retired military and enjoyed most of Europe , Southeast Asia , Middle East, Australia etc.... moved to digital aprox 20yrs ago and this is my 8th camera as I’ve been loyal to canon since the beginning. Owning the first digital rebel thru the 60d. The 6d mkii is the poor mans version of the 5d mk ii I’ve dropped over for the past few years and I must admit gets the job done filling the void of wanting the 5d mkii. Exceptional full frame camera that excels in my expectations of the model. B&h was one of the few companies with one in stock and it came with the extras bundle which settled who was going to have my business. Exceptional customer service and quick to receive .

I am an amateur photographer, and had a Tamron 300-700mm lens from an old camera that I wanted to adapt to my digital camera. I contacted B&H for help in finding the correct adapter. Within two days they presented two options for my problem. A week later, I was using the lens and camera combination that I wanted. Very well done B&H.

As an acomplished amateur this camera rekindled the excitement I felt when I went from film to digital.  Images require very little processing, does excellent low light work.  Instruction book better written than those of past, comfortable hand feel, good button locations.  Was a bit miffed at lack of built in flash used to trigger others.  More intuitive to use than the D300 and D750.  Should be great for microscopy.
