If you have USB 2 drives on your older computer then stay with PNY 64 GB Flash Drives. They work and are FAT 32 formated. No Problems with these Flash Drives. I tried 128 GB Flash Drives that were suppose to work on USB 2 thru USB 3. My first file copied to them and the memory crashed and burned. I ordered the PNY 64 GB USB 2 and they are excellent. Smaller GB but always work. 5 |

This is my first experience with the software. I have always used other antivirus and to be frank, it works flawlessly so far. You don't even notice that it is working and from time to time you get a notice that have detected something fishy, so that means that it's doing its job. I love it so far. 5 |

Every WD USB drive I've owned over the last 10 years or so have been awesome. Reliable, consistently reliable, fast and well designed. They have always been a reliable way to backup for me, and have collected about 8 drives and will continue using WD USB drives. They have been great for portable storage as well as just backup. This 8TB is a great size for my purposes, to backup video and raw photos from all my other WD USB drives and computer. My only issue with WD is that their backup software is simply not reliable. It hasn't worked for me any time I've tried ver the years as well as the latest version with this drive. It hangs, doesn't backup, sometimes won't allow me to close a window or cancel an action, not sure if a backup is running or not, progress bar often just stops moving and stays there for days without any progress (obviously something is wrong after a few days!). Just not reliable or consistent, so I use 3rd party software to manage my backups and that works fine. However, it would be nice if their software would work reliably so both hardware and software would work well together. Would highly recommend this drive as well as all WD USB drives! 5 |
