We purchased several ViewSonic VP2756-4Ks for general use in our university's Graphic Design labs. We have only used Apple displays for the past 20 years, but their limited options and high cost made that choice impractical. We did have a few beige ViewSonic CRTs back in the day which served us well. This model exceeded my expectations for this price point. The colors are vibrant, brightness is uniform and crisp. I wish the resolution/pixel density were a bit greater, and the option for hardware calibration would have been nice, but again at less than $500, I don't think that would have been possible. I like these well enough that I personally purchased one for my art-student daughter to use in her dorm. 5 |
