I have owed all the Bose SoundLink speakers (in addition to other branded speakers) and this SoundLink Max is by far the best Bluetooth speaker I have ever owned! Out of the box the sound and volume is AMAZING! When you get into the Bose app, you now have control to customize the sound that you want! I have used this speaker in and out of the home and most recently used the SoundLink Max at a birthday party and got so many complements on the quality of the sound. Best sound of all the Bluetooth speakers that i own. My pops has the JBL and its almost as good.. JBL’s sound and bound quality just isn’t there for me. Bose is way ahead of this. Also this speaker does an amazing job of not distorting at high volumes. Even maxed out. Will be upgrading to the Soundlink Max whenever i catch a good sale. Very impressed! 5 |

Best pair of Monitor speakers for the price. Bluetooth was super important to me as I'm always moving around the house, but the fact it comes with a built in pre-amp makes a world of difference too. Highs are great, lows are great too, and these things get loud if you want them too. Mids could be a tiny bit better, but not enough to where I'd complain. If you're on the fence about getting a sub, wait, these things bring plenty of bass. If you already know you're the type of person who needs that extra rumble then go ahead and pick one up. Connections are super easy, setup takes literally 2 minutes start to finish and everything works with little fidgeting. 5 |
