Best Budget Ultrawide Gaming Monitor

The main things I was looking out for when upgrading to a 32:9 was Color Accuracy for editing photo and video as well as good performance for gaming. 95% DCIP3 color accuracy was plenty for my needs personally and I am using 16 bit 100MP GFX 100 files. A 200hz refresh rate is more than I will ever see in most games that I play. The brightness is 400 cd/m^2 which is more than my second ultrawide and plenty for the environment I use this in. Usage wise, You definitely dont NEED 45in of ultrawide display but in gaming (if the game supports it), it is absolutely gorgeous. Being able to watch a movie while I am editing is also pretty nice as well. The only downside I have really come across is the fact that it has about an inch less screen height wise. My old 21:9 Ultrawide monitor had a screen height of 14.29". So while I obviously gained a vast amount of screen real estate horizontally, I lost about a little over an inch in height. This is negligible in my opinion but it would have been the icing on the cake if it was also the same vertical size. It was really the only flaw I could come up with. Genuinely love the monitor. Overall I think if youre debating on making the switch to 32:9 from 21:9 this is a fantastic intro into it before shelling out a bunch of money for bigger OLED options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Ultrawide for IT/ Software development, gaming, web browsing, zoom calls, etc. This is my favorite display in my house and I have multiple 4k TVs. The picture is perfect. Gaming on this monitor is life changing. You feel like you are in the game. 240hz makes for the smoothest experience!! The infinity core lighting is a fun nice feature. I use the monitor with a gabbing pc and a work laptop. I wish the monitor detected and displayed the computer that is powered on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this monitor on sale to replace a 27in gaming monitor cause I needed more desktop to multitask and wanted a bigger gaming monitor all in one. This fits the requirements and within my budget. There are no dead pixels that I can see and the mini leds are awesome. I have noticed some light bleed, but only on dark blank screens like season 8 GoT, but are not noticed during game play. The gaming overlay can be annoying when you are just waking it up, but doesn't come up unless you want it to. The connections are plenty to have this as a monitor, a console screen, and a smart TV. Try not to have this in the same room with another Samsung tv, as it will wake and or turn on or off with the other remotes. Solid smart monitor and it came with cables! Want to get another one, but the wife won't let me get a bigger desk, until we get a bigger house...haha! If you are a high end gamer, you might not like it, but check out the more in depth reviews to make a decision. Everyone else on a gaming budget, catch this monitor on sale, you won't regret it.

Arguably the best budget 1080p gaming monitor that you can buy. Great colors, even though its a little saturated, but I like that look. Impressive features like Freesync, 165hz (up to 180hz OC), 1ms response time (although a bit misleading), and its IPS panel. It's sharp, has good customizability, and is overall very good. There isnt really anything bad I can say about this monitor. BUY IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great monitor if you are on a budget. I got 3 of them and use them for both work and gaming and I love them so far. Great viewing angles also. Response is very good too if you do plan to game on them. It may not be 120hz refresh but it is 75hz. For the casual gamer you won't tell the difference.

This monitor really is something else. I'm upgrading from a pretty budget Dell gaming monitor, same 27 size, but every other spec is a huge upgrade. The colors are vibrant, it responds insanely fast, and the framerate and clarity of motion is completely unmatched on the market currently. Coming from a 1080p monitor, the pixel density has far surpassed my previous experience. Additionally, the monitor has a lot of tools to help you get a long life out of it as well that prevent burn-in. The monitor is fantastic for the form factor. I won’t say that it’s perfect. I’m still getting used to the glossy finish of the screen. It sometimes takes a few seconds to alt-tab out of a game. Still, the monitor is the best thing I’ve laid my eyes on and it’s been an absolute pleasure to use. I highly recommend it!
