This has to be the best bang for buck for the Fuji X system. Under 100 bucks and you get solid metal build, great IQ, clicky aperture ring, etc. Its fairly compact, renders some great bokeh, and overall has a great design to it as well. Definitely recommend for those on a budget and also those wanting to produce excellent images with a manual lens.

This case is THE BEST camera case available. It is 100% waterproof and indestructible. I would not use anything other than a PELICAN CASE.

I'm a dreadful photographer. But I'm a great camera collector, with around 150 film cameras to feed. At the same time I operate on a VERY tight budget. To stretch my film and developing budget further I buy 36 exposure rolls or Kentmere 100 (enough to get free freight from B&H) and shoot each roll in 2 cameras. Manual cameras get first 18 shots, since I can rewind them with the leader out. Then a motorized camera gets the second 18 shots. I shoot the whole collection at least once a year, at half the expense. Kentmere 100 also develops very well in Caffenol-C, made from instant coffee, which is practically free.

This was a relatively low-budget solution to shooting just a foot or three underwater and partially submerged. Framing and focusing I handled through the canon app on my phone. It worked like a charm.
