The Epson F2F 680 product that I received is new in the box perfect condition with everything in the box, it included the manual instruction and every component needed to function. As I connected from my laptop to the printer and follow the step by step instructions, very easy and explainable I had no complications and no problem getting it to function. We found this laptop by chance after seeing, but missing the open-box price at another retailer. I've never done business with B&H, so was a bit skeptical since the price for the exact laptop BRAND NEW in original packaging was the same as the open-box price we saw elsewhere. My, my! We got an awesome deal with extremely FAST shipping (it arrived 2 days sooner) !! My daughter absolutely loves her new laptop!! Will definitely do business with B&H again.

At first I thought my 17 Alienware laptop won't fit because there was a slot for it however it fits on top of the cut out slot for a 15 laptop and there is alot more room for other things like iPad,iPhone,iPod,many more devices plus the power cord and it seals tight and nothing will ever get in!
