I keep this lens on my camera for indoor pictures, and outdoor for landscapes and macro. I used to get frustrated w/ my 50mm when in my small house, but now I use this one so much more!

I like everything about this camera, even it size that is a bit bigger that similar cameras. It makes great pictures indoor as well as outdoor.And the 14x zoom still impress me above my wxpectations. I like that zoom works in the video while shooting. ...

Great all around lens, usually the lens I keep on my camera now. Great for indoor filming and pictures because of the f stop. Nicely built and fast auto focusing. Bokeh on the lens is pretty nice as well

Though we won't use this camera to its full potential, the pictures that we are getting from it are amazing. It doesn't matter whether it is indoor or outdoor pictures, we are extremely satisfied. Many moons ago, I had a Rebel 35mm and when we went to digital, we tried five or six different point and shoots, but so often we deleted over half because they were blurry or the colors were not right. Out of the 500+ shots we took over the holidays, I think there were 3 that were out of focus and that was because I was playing with settings before the picture was taken. When on full auto, the camera has not failed yet. I haven't tried video with it yet, but plan to in the near future.

This lens stays on my camera most of the time.� I can now take indoor pictures at low light in tight quarters.� Before with my Sony 10-18 f4 I was limited with indoor shots because it wasn't a fast lens.� Can also be used for portraits to a degree and blows out background.� Can't get too close to subject.�� Autofocus works great in video and am able shoot f1.4 indoors with good tracking.� I use this lens on my Sony a6500.� Highly recommend it.

I purchased the camera most for indoor pictures and travel. It is small and easy to carry. The image quality is great. The build quality is good, but could be better. Sometimes, shutter delay seems to be a little longer than my other cameras. I just received the camera for a few days, so far, I like it.

I purchased this camera to take indoor pictures in low light and it does a very good job. The trade off was giving up much telephoto, but I knew this when I made the purchase.
