Best Camera For Soccer Games

I use this card for my granddaughters soccer games, in a Nikon D500. Boy is this thing fast. I have not yet reached the buffer write limit where the camera had to stop shooting. I have been impressed with the build quality, but then again, Sony is #1 in my book. The only drawback is to make sure that the card is firmly engaged into the camera body slot. On a couple of occasions, I have been negligent and the images were recorded to the SD card first and I quickly filled up the SD card first. So I make sure that I firmly insert the XQD card and give it another press to be sure it's inserted all the way in.

I use my camera to take pictures of flowers and landscapes and then also use it to take pictures at soccer games and other sport related events. The sports setting is great for taking lots of pictures simultaneously and the macro setting allows you to get up very close to the object you are taking a picture of.

I am thrilled with this fluid head for taking video of my daughter's soccer games. The motion is still enough to keep the camera in the direction I pointed it at, but fluid enough to track the ball. I did have to hang my backpack on the bottom of my tripod to keep it stable. This is not a fault of the head but a result of having a lightweight tripod.

I use it when I video tape soccer games and any other free lance gigs that I do. It's easy to use. Works on any camera.

I have used this a few times recording soccer games without any issues. I will be purchasing batteries to go with it soon.
