Very happy with my SJ5000X. I've been using it mounted to my car for Youtube videos. You have to mess with the settings to get really good quality, but once you get it set, the quality is really good.

We got the lights as our first set of lights. Use them mostly for car interiors but also simple studio lighting when filming indoors. I like the audio beep when you start your car so you know it's recording without having to check it. It's practically hidden behind my rear view mirror so I can't really see it. I had to brake really hard in traffic recently, and I heard it beep immediately after, signifying the video clip being saved in case there was an accident and the clip was needed. So that feature works well. I prefer there being no screen on the camera itself (to make it smaller) and instead connecting to your phone to place the camera properly. I can't speak to longevity of the camera yet, but everything seems great so far. Video quality is good, more than adequate. You can see sample footage on YouTube, though keep in mind the original footage will be higher quality since YouTube compresses video when uploaded.

Saw this on a YouTube review on photo travel. Great way to organize chargers, cables, accessories so the take up minimal space and are easily accessible. Will buy more.

I own both and I really like this one more and all the new accessories really make it a better choice. I create videos for my YouTube channel and recently one of my videos was completely made using nothing but this plus a small electric rolling motorized dolly. It t came out great!
