This is a work horse mic used by every sound engineer to record any type of instruments:brass, percussion, etc.

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

Best choice for a cheap UV

I never tried a brass step up ring , I tried some plastic cheap ones and they always get stuck and I end up breaking them to remove them , but this one is so amazing and feel solid and easy to remove from the filter I guess if I need a step up ring again , I know what to purchase! Totally worth the price!

These brass step-up rings are such a joy to use over the cheap aluminum rings. They don't bind; and thread like magic.

I use B+W clear filters to protect all of my lenses. The glass quality does not degrade the image quality like cheap filters do, and the brass rings never bind.

Made from brass, won't bind to your lens. The only type of step-up ring I'll use! Not cheap, but won't cause problems in the field.
