Workstation / Gaming PC build - I have 4 VM running and playing a games at the same time. The cpu doesn’t even feel the workload. Keeping it less than 50% cpu load. Amazing I keep throwing heavy task at this machine and I am not stressing the cpu at all. Build. X570 motherboard 64 GB RAM AIO cooler Nvme drive Nvidia 2080 I was one of the lucky ones to get this at the launch. Shout out to the B&H support team. They are the best. Love this CPU. Wish I could of gotten the new AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT to go with my CPU. Either way. I am enjoying this build. Thank you B&H. 5 |

When this came out it wasn't the greatest CPU especially at an MSRP of about $80-$90 when it was released. But for $60 this makes a great budget gaming CPU capable of playing even today's PC titles. Highly recommend this CPU for a budget gaming PC build. 5 |

Bought this cpu to install in a new pc build. I primarily use the pc for gaming but I wanted to have a cpu that can handle all tasks I throw at it. This cpu is blazing fast, handles whatever I throw at it with no issues and has no problems with cooling even with an air cooler. The comparable i7 9700K is only marginally better for gaming and not as good as the ryzen 7 3700x for multitasking for considerably more money than the ryzen 7. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade or building something new. 5 |

Best value AMD CPU for gaming (best overall for gaming by far IMO). You won't get hardly any noticeable FPS increase with the more expensive Vermeer chips so I chose this one. If you are doing more than gaming though then they can be very worth it. This 5600x is great and I am very satisfied so far. The stock cooler is pretty much good enough for most things as well but still something to think about upgrading if you are doing CPU intense things with your PC. CPU fan coolers are pretty cheap anyways.10/10 will be using this same CPU for the next person who asks me for help building a gaming/all around rig. 5 |
