I am a small business owner who was looking for a printer & scanner that was color, compact & had a wireless Wi-Fi connection. The HP Color Laser Jet Pro checks all these boxes. The setup process was SUPER easy. It took less than 10 minutes. I used the LCD touch screen to connect to my WIFI network. I love being able to connect to this using the wireless network. This printer’s size is perfect for a small business owner because it does not take up a lot of room on your desk. You can use all paper sizes with this printer, however, there is only one paper tray that fits letter size. If you need to print with legal size, you must feed the paper through a slot (which is not ideal) but works fine. This is a very solid printer with enough functions to use as your main printer for your small business.

I am loving my new wireless color scanner. It was super easy to unbox and set up, it didn't take long at all, and I'm not a computer genius. It scans pretty fast from the auto feeder that can hold up to 50 sheets. Doing 2 sided documents is also super easy with this scanner. It has so many options...I can scan to dropxbox, google drive, evernote, etc. If I want to get fancy I can create searchable PDF files. The fact that it is wireless is great because I can un-clutter my desk and keep it nearby without a ton of cords going around. I also finally got organized by scanning my small size collections of things like business cards I've accumulated as well as receipts up to larger documents. It is literally just load and scan. Family photos will be my next project since the color is vibrant. I highly recommend this small but mighty scanner for business or personal use, it will simplify your life and your paperwork. I know Epson has great customer service and they stand behind their products when needed. Performs well beyond my expectations. Perfect for my small business. I didn't need a color printer so this worked for me. Would recommend to anyone on a budget looking for a quick, reliable black & white printer with copy and scanning capabilities.

Xerox describes it as a machine ideal for work groups of 2-7 needing a color laser all-in-one printer. If prints up to 35 pages per minute and will also copy, scan and fax, seamlessly integrates into your home and office using WiFi. Other features include automatic two-sided printing, built-in security, and Xerox apps. It is large with a simple interface for everyday printing. I found it really convenient for larger projects related to both my hobbies and small business. I used it for personal zines (high quantity, printing on transparency film, color or b/w, double sided) and also make handouts and materials for working with teens and families (high quantity, double sided). The color output on cardstock was bold and crisp. Working with the printer reminded me of the self-service copy machines at office stores. Very easy to use with an intuitive interface. Setup was also easy. There is a main tray and a feeder area that can both accommodate many paper sizes, including greeting card sized cardstock. Xerox states sizes A6 SEF (4.1 x 5.8 in) to Legal (8.5 x 14 in). I will be making my own photo cards this coming holiday season. The large tray is nice and holds half a ream of regular paper.

For one thing, this laser printer can print in color, and the print quality is really sharp. Plus, it prints pretty fast, which is always a bonus when you're trying to get work done quickly. You can connect it to your network using Ethernet or Wi-Fi, and it even supports mobile printing through Apple AirPrint, Mopria Print Service, and Canon PRINT Business. That's pretty handy if you need to print from your phone or tablet. Another thing I like about this printer is the big 5-inch color touchscreen display. It's super easy to use and navigate, and it makes it simple to change settings or access different features. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that it can be a bit noisy when it's printing. So if you're planning to use it in a shared workspace, that might be a concern. And replacement toner cartridges can be a bit pricey, so you'll want to factor that into your budget. Overall, though, I think the Canon Color imageCLASS MF653Cdw is a solid choice for a small or medium-sized business that needs a reliable color laser printer. It has a lot of great features and connectivity options, and it's pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.
