The EF12 Smart Streaming Laser Projector is better than I expected. The clarity, color, video speed, sound quality and easy to setup. The projector is exactly what I have been looking to buy for years. I also purchased the carrying case and it is worth the money. I expected a cheap bag, this is very high quality. I have recommended this projector to my family and friends. I can wait for summer for outdoor movie night in the backyard.

We used this in a huge concert hall that didn't have vga connection from the stage to the projector, we thankfully found a network connection right behind the stage and tech patched it to the network connection up in the projector room over approximately 250+ feet of wiring. Thankfully it worked flawlessly with no quality loss. It was very simple to use and we were up and running in less than five minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the 20,000 hour lifespan of the lasers was a big selling point for me having had to deal with expensive bulb replacements and shattered glass in the past, this was a welcome change. The fans that cool the projector's internal components are quiet (26db), and the heat is a tiny fraction of what I’ve experienced with traditional bulb projectors. There is something so magical about being able to instantly summon a 120" display with sound, mere inches from a wall, it is an experience in and of itself. The main feature of this UST is the 3-channel laser tech that allows each primary (RGB) color to have its own light source, this gives a more visually striking image than a device with a single light source (RGB color wheels), even with sunlight. That technology helps to produce a 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio and 3,700 ANSI lumens, a picture that packs a punch. webOS is fast and feature packed! Screen mirroring features are also included and work like a dream, connecting with your compatible smartphone is super easy, there are also options to mirror your pc or mac. HDR Dynamic Tone Mapping alters the brightness in each frame, and Brightness Optimizer II adjusts the projector's settings based on the environment, it takes the guesswork out of calibrating the optimal image for any given environment. The sound is really good for being on-board, I was actually impressed. Better than any TV I’ve heard, there is adequate bass and clear sound. A lot of thoughtful design went into this unit and you can tell, all of these features make this projector worth it, it’s an all-rounder with the power to be a daily driver in a living room or a dedicated home theater setup.

if you are looking for a living room tv replacement, ust laser projector, with incredible design, then just get this! i unplugged my old projector and streaming box, plugged the arc hdmi into my receiver, and was viewing stunning images on a cream wall. i don’t see any rainbow effects, but didn’t on my old dlp either. laser? yes! i am in 2020 finally! vivid colors, needs lowering of contrast, alr screen can only make this better, i don’t need one - i love the lightness. remote is supremely well designed. some early bugs (auto update not working, and bluetooth audio maxes vol between videos). so much more to write, limited by website - it’s magical!

I needed old fashioned overhead projector transparencies for my laser printer. I intend to make printed circuit board iron on etching resists. When something becomes "obsolete" that seems to be an excuse for most office supply stores to price gouge. For less than the price of ten laser transparencies [that I could find any place else on line or off] I now fifty.
