I considered the Apple Keyboard's for my new iPad Air 4th generation. I have had both brands before for earlier iPad's. This Logitech keyboard is in the same league as the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio (similar configuration), but has three very important features that are lacking on the Apple keyboard. 1. Backlit keys. 2. Top row of short-cut function keys. 3. Trackpad. So, for less money, you can have a keyboard with much more functionality. 5 |

I have a Magic keyboard for my IPad Pro, and love it-but it only works as a cover and keyboard. At times I want to use my iPad Pro as a writing pad, necessitating taking it out of the magic keyboard. The Smart Keyboard, while laking the touch pad, fold back allowing me to use my ipad with the Apple Pencil. I love it. 5 |

I use a TSA keyboard case for air travel (and venues where people other than myself are handling equipment movements) and a Nord 73key gigbag for usual gigs, and this cover adds a nice bit of extra protection to the NS3C in both. Also, it's the same nice red shade of the heavier Nord keyboard cover and also the Nord 73 gigbag. 5 |
