My Apple Desktop Computer runs macOS operating system software that has recently been updated to 64 bits. My Epson Perfection V850 Pro scanner ran on a 32 bit application. It was very easy for me to go to the Epson website and have my scanner software revised to a 64 bit application. And free. Hooray!

Good day. I purchased this desktop computer at the end of December 2019. The combination of its cost and hardware capabilities was optimal for use by my wife. After a month of use, the wife had a positive impression: it is suitable for work and computer games of medium complexity. I was worried based on the reviews I read, for example, on Amazon, but after reading the information on the Acer technical support website about updating the software, I realized that the problems were not with the computer, but due to the ineptitude of users who managed to spoil this pretty decent electronic machine when software update. I recommend the computer as a worthy workhorse for work and games.

Great printer easy to use and setup for printing via computer or mobile phone. Just remember to add both cartridges (Color and black) even if you don’t plan to use one or the other.

The reviews I had read were pretty convincing, but my old film scanner did such a nice job with 35mm slides and negatives that I wasn't sure this flatbed scanner would meet that standard of excellence.� I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could not only scan 35mm but also medium format images and obtain outstanding results.� I do not have any 4x5 negatives so will save that for someone else to comment on. The negative reviews I read about the V850 Pro Scanner were primarily based on software issues.� I found the installation of the Epson Scan software to be quite satisfactory although I do profess to having a background in computer technology and know how to handle an installation that does not, at first, appear to be working.� (Sometimes you just need to restart the computer, sometimes you need to repeat the installation.)� I have not used either the Silverfast software or the i1 calibration software because the Epson Scan software did everything I needed done.
