I have two of these installed. One in my car, and one set up as a base station at my house with an outdoor antenna. Great range, and I'm able to keep in touch with my daughter when she's out and about in the neighborhood using a little HT. I already have a third radio on the way for a second vehicle. 5 |

We're using a UniFi long range AP and UniFi AP Outdoor access point to wirelessly link two buildings 250' apart (I know that is beyond the published range but it worked though somewhat unreliably). Putting the AM-2G12-120 antenna on the Outdoor AP boosted both send and receive strength enough to make the link reliable. The UniFi AP Outdoors mounts into the back of the antenna and connects using the supplied cables, though the tiny radio is dwarfed by the AM-2G15-120 antenna. 5 |

Easy to install, works perfectly. My new outdoor FM antenna was introducing a lot of hum to my stereo, even if I was listening to a CD and not the tuner. I installed this between the preamp and the power amp and the noise was instantly and totally gone. I did not notice any degrading of the audio quality. 5 |
