I previously used a Fujitsu Scansnap S-1500. This review is written in comparison to that device. Pros: * The Epson RR-600W is fast to setup and easy to use. This is facilitated by the touchscreen that allows you to directly input your Wi-Fi information. * The Epson has a large volume paper feed, holding 100 pages. * The Epson is scans significantly faster than the Fujitsu. It automatically selects color vs grayscale or B&W and duplex scans. * The touchscreen and wireless connectivity are very convenient, so you can scan to any computer on your network (or to USB or a cloud drive). * The automated receipt software with integrated OCR is unique and convenient for being able to feed various finance programs. Cons: * I prefer how the Fujitsu folds up when not in use. This prevents dust from entering into the paper feed slot. The Epson paper feed is fixed. * The Epson is a bit bigger than the Fujitsu. This is partially due to the Epson not having a folding paper feed. * With the bundled software, the Fujitsu is able to automate OCR for scanned files in the background. It doesn’t appear that the Epson is able to do that (except for receipts). With the bundled Kofax software, you have to manually select the files that you want to OCR. This is a review for the Epson RR-600W Wireless Duplex Touchscreen Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

I got the meter a couple days ago. I started to write a review and planned to give it 3 stars for two reasons. First was the finicky touchscreen that would take several presses varying the pressure to get it to register. Second was the lame software that comes with it. For the first issue today I discovered that the touchscreen works fine if you use a fingernail or any rounded plastic thing like a pen cap. Apparently fingertips spread over too big an area and confuse it or just don't make the connection. The second issue is the software. I was expecting the software to be similar functionality as the meter screen with the options to compare plots, etc. so you could do post-processing on the computer. The software only allows you to download several graphics file formats of plots (bmp, jpeg, png) and a raw data .csv files. The .csv file allows you to do anything you want but it is a bunch of manual work to do so versus if the software was more functional. Another irritation with the software is that as far as I can tell there is no way to just download all your file from the meter memory at once. When you use the meter you need to Memory Title. You then take readings that are autmatically named. When you use the software you can select all the files under one Memory Title but you cannot select all files and download them as a batch. After solving the touchscreen issue I decided that the meter itself deserves 5 star. It is a really nice meter.

Using it as laptop stand for DJ rig...so far so good

Using a windows 8 laptop that is not touchscreen can be frustrating at times. Adding this really handy gadget totally changed my Windows 8 experience and now my laptop is really fun to use!! I definitely recommend this product it was pretty easy to set up and works really nicely.

I purchased this monitor on the deal zone. I use it with a laptop. It's very well constructed and just the right size for me. The display screen is very good. It does not have a touchscreen, however excellent monitor for those of us who are not needing a touchscreen. I would highly recommend this monitor.
