So far I have only used these headphones for an electronic drum kit. I'm no sound engineer but I am pretty picky about sound. To my ears, the sound seems pretty flat, clear and natural. My favorite thing about them is the comfort. After hours of use I forget I have them on. As far as sound isolation they only minimally block ambient sounds. So if you're looking for major isolation they aren't for you. But they do seal well around my ears so with sound running through them it would take a lot to distract you. The cord is plenty long and the 1/8 to 1/4 adapter screws on which is nice. I don't have much to compare them to, but I am very happy with my purchase. 5 |

I purchased the the roland rh300 headphones for my v drum kit and they sound far better than i expected. The best part of it was B&H is almost half the cost of the competitors price.I will order from here again. 5 |
