Switched from DSL internet to Cable internet recently. Didn’t like the idea or renting a modem from the cable company, so went with this one. It works flawlessly, and is crazy fast. Pair it with a netgear router and you’ll be set...

I switched from DSL to Cable and I needed to buy a cable modem I was sure of instead of making monthly payments for an off-brand piece of cable company equipment. Since I already owned a Netgear M900 high-speed router which works perfectly, the choice was clear. Installation was simple and 4K streaming is Crazy Good!

The Sonos sound system is THE BEST! A minor challenge on the install but I have a way slow dsl connection and needed the Boost. Worked fine after that. Love it, one of the nicest gifts I've ever purchased.

I use this to hook my DSL Gateway to my LAN switch with no issues and everything is running smooth I would recommend this to my friends and family and would purchase again if needed I also bought the same cable in different colors so I can look at the cable and know where the other end is hooked to just by the color of the cable

An excellent product for a very specific need. We built our 2 story home about 30 years ago in a rural area, obviously long before the internet, and installed a cutting edge (back in the day) coax distribution center and I personally ran cable to every room in the house. Fast forward to 2016 and we finally have a DSL connection available to us but the problem arises on how to run category 5 or 6 cable to each room. Enter MoCA version 2. Version 1 did not have the capability of simultaneously passing satellite television and DSL, version 2 can handle the higher satellite frequencies along with the DSL. The only additional changes I needed to make were upgrading all the splitters in the distribution box to accommodate bi-directional, 2+ gigahertz signals. Using a POTS splitter at the telephone junction box, I fed the DSL signal into the modem and into Actiontec MoCA converter and voila la, DSL in our family room and office. Pricey for sure, but so much better than fishing cable through walls, crawl spaces, and basements. Signal loss appears to be minimal. Wonderful technology!
