I purchased the champion earbuds about a months ago and I am in love with these buds. They completely cancel outside noises and have excellent bass which is adjustable. I needed a pair of headphones or earbuds, whichever would cancel sound and sound awesome, and my friend told me about these and said it was the best $ he ever spent (and that's saying a lot from him). I travel on airplanes and ride shotgun for long hours at a time being forced to listen to things other than my music. These have fulfilled all my expectations in both sound quality and sound canceling (haven't tried the rubber, but the foam works excellent). I'll admit its a little funny at first to try and put them on, but once you figure out how the wires go over the back of your ears and it rests inside, you're set.
