One of the most frustrating things about my MacBook Pro is that I'm always in need of adapters and extra ports. As a video editor, I have a million things plugged in at once. This USB-C dock is cleverly designed to fit snugly along the side of your Mac without sacrificing any ports, as it comes with two USB-C ones. It worked flawlessly and I love that it includes an HDMI port, so my old cables are given a slightly longer life. The only strange aspect of the design is that you need to insert your SD cards in upside down. I was a little confused when I first tried using it, but it's really not a big deal. My old MacBook Pro is from 2015 after getting this new laptop everything works just like butter. I am a professional videographer and editor, and things now move very smoothly and quickly when editing 4K footage not like the old one. I am totally loving this laptop. 5 |
