This printer has been around a year or so and the firmware updates are great and simple to preform. It is a solid(resin) preformer. Got it on sale and I do not see a better printer for the money. Uses open source software so you are not locked into any eco system. Any issues some have had in the past are fixed with the firmware updates. Mechanicaly sound and quiet. The wifi is a great addition; no usb sticks or cable needed. 5 |

The Epson ECOTANK ET-16600 will turn your home in to a powerful work station. The product is an all in one wireless printer, It enables the individual to print,fax,scan, and make copies. The ECOtank does this with a unique ink delivery system that reduces the average cost to about two cents. The product replaces several different machines and puts all the power you need right at your fingertips . The setup of the printer was fairly easy. If you have a windows computer there is an enclosed CD rom. However, for my mac pro i just logged into a setup website that walked me thru the process. A generous supply of ink was enclosed and installation was fast with no mess. The printing process is quite fast, scanning went easy and resulted in good quality faxes. This is a review for the EPSON ECOTANK-16600 Wide Format Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. 5 |
