Best Engineering Mechanical Pencil

Paperlike has made grading engineering student lab reports and research papers using my iPad Pro 12.9 and Apple Pencil 2 as close to using pen and paper as we can get in a digital world. This paradigm shift fits with not just our temporary Virtual teaching during COVID pandemic but also with our use of Canvas and Blackboard as our all digital LMS....no more physical paper for students to turn in and teachers to grade.....so how do we stay tactilely connected to the work? The keyboard is very comfortable and I was shocked when I started typing on it. I could tell it's mechanical, but the engineering is incredible. The sounds of the keys are surprisingly quiet; like mouse clicks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for Christmas after looking and looking for a new replacement for my old laptop. I am a Mechanical Engineering student focusing on aerodynamics, and the applications I use are very heavy on the computational side. 1,500+ component CAD assemblies to CFD simulations. I love this laptop! The screen is sharp, the keyboard feels amazing, the screen response is great Highly recommend.

What a great piece of mechanical engineering this red dot sight is. It is built as solid as an M1A2 battle tank. Tough exterior, brilliant glass, easy controls and adjustment dials. I'll probably hand this down to my grandchildren when/if I can't shoot anymore, and I'm confident it'll still be working great. It arrived in a case that rivals Pelican products. Lots of padding to ensure it will arrive at whatever destination you choose safely and still in operation condition. B&H gave me an arrival window on the shipping, but it arrived well before the date quoted. Overall, this was a highly satisfying purchase experience. I recommend both the MRO Patrol and B&H without reservation.

Great lead supply for my mechanical pencil. These are very thick and so far, not a single has broken even when I extend a bit. Very happy with these lead refills.

Best rack pullout monitor for camera engineering. The Datavideo one that costs twice the coin is terrible. It’s useless as a calibrated monitor and doesn’t have scopes built in like this one. The Lilliput also has the connections conveniently placed on the backplane, keeping wires out of the pulling mechanism.
