I am having a love hate relationship with the MacBook Pro M1 I have more than one external hard drives for Lightroom to be portable. The M1 has 2 C ports. One for the power plug, leaving one for memory card, external hard drive and monitor. This Pro Hub adapter works like a charm! 5 |

Purchased as a Time Machine external hard drive for my MacBook Pro. Works very well - plenty fast for backup tasks. Very quiet operation compared to the Western Digital drives I tried out. Great for long term storage of data as SSD drives are prone to data loss over time if not powered on regularly. Learned this the hard way :-/ 5 |

Upgraded from an old PC to a Macbook Pro a few months ago and none of my external hard drives were formatted for Mac. Got this for my MBP to use for Lightroom and some light video editing. I have found this hub to be so useful with my Macbook Pro, allowing me to work off multiple external hard drives and with a monitor through the HDMI slot. I just bought a second hub a year after I bought the first one. Coincidentally, the first one seemed to be giving me problems and I contacted EZQuest who said that should not be happening and went above and beyond to follow up with me and replace the drive. I truly appreciated it since it can be so hard to reach companies these days. 5 |
