I honestly didn't comprehend how large this screen was when I bought it, but 27 inches for a computer monitor is enough monitor for anyone doing normal computer things or working from home. I would certainly buy this product again, and had originally planned on buying a second for a two monitor set up, but the size of the monitor is already big enough for me to have two documents open at one time, so no need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I got the opportunity to test out the LG 29” UltraWide FHD HDR FreeSync Monitor with USB Type C. First off, I didn’t know how much a better monitor experience could give and I got to say this blew my expectations away. It was much bigger than I expected and now it's harder for me to use a smaller screen with this one spanning 29 inches. My current monitor is at 15 inches and yet this one feels like it's three times the size. Even having two screens side by side doesn’t compare. The full setup took less than 10 minutes before having it connected and exploring the features. So far I’ve thrown gaming, window multitasking, videos/movies, and 3D CAD design. Each one performed great and using the full real estate of the screen improved each area. For example, I found myself more immersed in my gaming/video experience than before. Also, I love simplistic/modern design with near edge to edge screen and subtle red accent color on the base. Now if only I can work solely from home on my new and vastly improved setup. And I have No regrets well worth the price I use to game on my Samsung 4K tv which has a refresh rate of 120hz but it only had the HDMI 2.0 input at first I thought it was going to be weird going from a 55” Tv to a 27” monitor but right off that bat it just doesn’t compare gaming in a 27 inches is perfect for gaming I was doing it all wrong! And the 4K quality looks better on my LG monitor than it did on my Samsung TV and now I can take Advantage of the 120FPS features on certain games for my PS5 overall I’m very happy with my new monitor and would for sure recommend it to my friends or anyone to buy it if they can.

I recently picked up the LG 27 ULTRAGEAR™ QHD monitor, and it's been a revelation for my gaming and everyday computer use. I'm a gamer, mostly single player, not competitive, and even though I have a 27" / 144Hz gaming monitor I'm using this monitor as my main screen for my PC and my PS5. The screen looks so good that it's hard to go back to an IPS screen with low contrast and a matte finish, even though it's bigger and faster. With 400 Nits, it's brighter than many ultra expensive OLED monitors, and it has a glossy screen, that's a big plus. Totally recommended!
