As expected with BOSE, they work great. The volume adjustment on the right ear is a bit different, but I'll get used to it. Very pleased with my purchase!

I was looking for something that would hold everything I needed for road trips and this is perfect for me. I have not used it for plane travel but I have used it in the car for a car camping trip. I love how compact it is and it fits everything I need. I had one body and four lenses in the bag along with my accessories. Like others have said the laptop pouch on the outside is not padded. That is not a problem for me. I'm glad my large laptop fits!

I can get a rangefinder and several large books and a days underclothes and tons of little things like chargers and cords and headphones you need easy access too on long over ocean flights. I use the 1504 to store my DSLR and a few lenses for short trips and air plane travel. the case is great as it is airport proof The velcro dividers are helpful however they are sometimes a pain when trying to get the layout correct. All and All its a great case.
