Best Headphones For Someone With Hearing Loss

Best feature for me, with hearing loss, clearly understandable speech.

First of all I have substantial hearing loss at high frequencies as the result of working 25 years in a hign noise environment when I much younger. I was torn between these headphones and the Sony MDR-7506 Headphone, i could get the Sony at less money but what steered me to these was the fact that the Audio-Technica headphone comes with a straight cord (as well as a coiled cord) and the Sony has a coiled cord only,for my use the coiled cord is a deal breaker. I am overjoyed with my decision to purchase these headphones as they are just the truest sound quality and very comfortable on top of that. I use these to listen to the television after the wife is in bed, and i enjoy listening to 50's, 60's, 70's rock, 80's , 90's alternative, folk, country & a lot of the modern stuff. Metallica is souding good right this minute........ We're off to never never land.............

We use these to plug SONY MDR headphones into iPhones and iPads for isolation and people with hearing loss. Works perfectly.

These headphones are amazing! My old headphones actually made me have impacted wax in my ears, which led to some hearing loss. These fit perfectly, and don't compact ear wax. The sound is amazing, and they're easy to use.

Shokz headphones are letting me listen to music again. I have hearing loss in one ear and wearing ear buds has not been the same. Shokz makes music sound clear. Another great feature is you can hear your surroundings if out running or walking.

The Openmove headphones are great! I have hearing loss in one ear and these still make it possible to hear things going on around me and still hear my music or podcasts just fine. Most earbuds, I have to take out of my ear to hear anything. I took them out of the box and connected to my phone pretty quick. The one downside for me is that I wish these came in the mini version to fit smaller heads. Other than that, these are great!

I have complete bone conduction hearing loss in my right ear due to an injury and with these headphones I can hear perfectly in that ear. With regular headphones I can not hear the output in my right ear so it’s one sided. With Shokz I get sound in both ears. I love these so much!

These are the best headphones I've ever used. From somebody having hearing loss from the military, it has always been hard hearing through earbuds without shoving them deep into your head.
