Best Headphones If You Wear Hearing Aids

I wear hearing aids so they are just what I needed.

Very happy with your product. I wear hearing aids and usually take them out and replace them with Bluetooth headphones to listen to audiobooks and podcasts and music. i never thought I could wear headphones because I wear hearing aids! Love these especially at the gym, working out is more fun! Wish the buttons were more visible.

I’m very happy with my shokz open run headphones because I can wear them comfortably with over-the-ear hearing aids plus eyeglasses. Every other wired and wireless ear pods I’ve tried have failed to stay in place with my hearing aids or have been uncomfortable. These work great since they sit in front of my ears, not in them. If I want less ambient noise, I turn off the hearing aids (not a trick available to the hearing unimpaired :grin:). If you wear hearing aids, you’ll love these! The sound isn’t quite as clean and crisp as in-ear buds, but it’s very acceptable. I use them mostly for phone, podcasts, news, etc, and they’re fine for that. I can’t really evaluate them for music.

I wear hearing aids. Using Shokz allows me to listen to my music while still being able to be aware of what is going on around me.

These have been a game changer for me as I have to wear hearing aids in both ears.. it is so great to be able to have these to listen to music whenever and also be hands-free in the car during phone calls! Absolutely love them and the sound is amazing!

I got these as a gift for my father who wears hearing aids. He loves that he can wear them without taking his hearing aids off. Part of them does sit on his hearing aids but it doesn’t interfere. He is very happy. Aftershokz a little tweak to the ear hook design where the power buttons are would really open up another demographic to market to. We love our aftershokz and have purchased 7 sets for ourselves and as gifts.
