Best bluetooth headset that I have had so far. I've gone through two sony headsets in the past few months and these are by far the best I've come across.

An excellent replacement for the original earpads. I work on major recording projects and I rely on my headsets. These are the best upgrade you can get when replacing worn out earpads.

I'm using this with my PreSonus 24c Digital Audio interface connected to my M1 Max, Macbook Pro laptop. I spend a lot of time on conference calls, and don't like wearing headsets and so I've been using a digital audio interface with an XLR mic for a few years to not have to use headsets or bluetooth earpieces when working with customers. My initial setup had a cheap(ish) Condenser mic from Audio-Technica. It worked well, and sounded better than my headsets or my airpods, but still picked up a lot more background noise than I would have liked. This mic is a huge upgrade. The sound quality is definitely much better and my voice comes through much nicer. But it's also more focused. It picks up much less background noise from other places in the house and does a much better job isolating on me talking. I'm not an audiophile. I'm not recording audiobooks or doing music of any kind. I'm occasionally recording technical guidance videos, but mostly I'm just on Zoom calls. For what I'm doing, this is probably a luxury item upgrade, but it's definitely an upgrade. If I ever start podcasting or streaming, I'll definitely be even happier to have this mic than I am already!

I use the headsets for live event and video recording sound applications. Mostly to hear presets and troubleshooting when needed and for clients to monitor audio. These headsets are portable in that they fold up. They are not small but mid-sized and fit well into computer cases and tech kits. They sound great!

After using headsets for years, I was really looking forward to this product, and I am totally impressed. You get a much deeper and accurate recording with excellent quality. I did by a separate stand though so the microphone is right at my mouth. 5 stars all the way!

It may seem like a small thing, but there can be little audio delays all through a video recording system. One of the largest - and most common - is the delay in encoding and decoding FireWire transfers. When shooting a live event, using a switcher and FireWiring the signal to a deck, this delay is profound. I used to use semi-open headsets that would allow room sound to leak into my ears, and it was incredibly annoying. The Sennheiser HD280 Pro headsets exclude room noise better than any other cans I have ever used, and as a bonus, they sound great too! And they are built tough - I can see these headphones lasting on the road for a long time.
