The WorkForce ES-500W II has simplified my home office scanning. The Intuitive Epson ScanSmart Software allows me to preview, email and upload my documents to my cloud account effortlessly. I am not an organizer and this feature along with ability to create searchable PDFs saves me a lot of frustration. The best feature is the Duplex Scan feature. It saves me time by scanning both sides of the documents in one scan. No more re-scanning the same pages. This scanner also has a 50 sheet auto document feeder which frees me from having to sort & load as with my old scanner. I love how quickly this scanner works. Time is money. The size of the scanner is perfect for a home office or small business office. It occupies very little space and has a modern design. For the simplicity of software, the scanner features and the design, I rate it an A+. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow - this is one fast scanner. A must-have for any busy office and useful for any not-so-busy home office as well. It scans multiple pages super quickly. We gave it a 35 page double sided document and it scanned it in no-time (less than a minute for sure) and surprisingly the scan quality is great as well. This is a real feat. We are looking forward to scanning in our old documents so that we can keep just a digital file and empty our filing cabinets!

I have owned one of these scanners for a few years. With COVID and working from home and sometimes office, I grew tired of carrying the scanner back and forth. I decided to buy a second one, before it arrived, the first one fell out of my truck onto the pavement, not a huge drop, but far enough. It continued to work as new. This scanner beats an all in one any day, it’s much faster and the software makes it easy to rename and file the scanned documents.

I bought this scanner for my home office. The setup was very easy. I am not sure why other persons are reporting installation issues. HP even provided the usb cord unlike other brands. Once you go to the HP website and download driver and HP scan software you're all set. You can even setup a daily preset in the HP scan software and with a press of a button on the scanner you can automatically start scanning without even launching the software. Pretty neat!

It is also portable so i can take it in the go if needed. The scanner handles all document types from legal paper to plastic cards. The scanner was easy to setup and has built in software. It is compatible with all of our laptops in the household.

We replaced our home office all in one printer/copier/scanner/wifi enabled unit. This is a new model and a step up from our previous one. Very happy with it after 2 months of use. It was very easy to setup. It is quieter and faster with better quality prints & copies in both black and white or colors. Overall, we are very happy with this wireless printer.
