This is exactly what I needed to get my old surveillance camera back up and running. Thanks.

I used this for an indoor party at in a dark bar and it was light weight, versatile and useful. I was easily able to angle the soft-box for different and desired affects. Haven't used it on top of my flash as a stationary soft-box yet but looking forward to how it performs in that manner too.

Use on my Noctilux for sunny day. It may be too dark for indoor use. Will get another regular UV filter for inside shooting. The filter has quality glass and heavy brass. Highly recommended.

I had a T1i with L series lens and 7d takes amazing shots especially in dark indoor settings.

Excellent low-light clarity and quick focus. Primary use so far is after-dark (under lights) or indoor sports - particularly softball, where flashes are not allowed.

Ive use this for portraits, indoor and dark light, but also as an all-round lens when I travel light. At f1.8 its still sharper than for example my Sigma 50mm, f1.4 is at aproc 2,2. The weight and size is perfect and the building feel very strong. It has an very sensitive manuel focus, but when you get used to it, its great. It very sharp and give perfeckt picture quality. And you can hear the quality when you shoot. Havnt find any thing that arent great about it.

I'm using it for concerts, where it improves footage that previously looked more like a surveillance camera!
