Using this lens is an inexpensive way to get into macro photography. I'm mainly using it with a 12-60mm zoom (micro 4/3s) and have got some good results, handheld, in the first couple of weeks I've had it. I tried it with a 40-150mm zoom and found that it can capture some great detail, but not handheld. The macro lens clamps firmly onto my 58mm lenses and seems secure when attached. It comes with front and back lens covers, but only the front cover is usable when the lens is screwed into the mount. It comes in a fairly bulky plastic box; I keep it in a microfiber bag when I'm out. Detail seems sharp, but I need to work on getting the depth of field right. Overall, I'm very pleased with it.

Inexpensive, and great for use by kids. I bought this handheld mic adapter when I was asked to chaperone my grandson's 5th grade class at a 3-day educational retreat/camp. The interview handle worked great, enabling the kids to play reporter on camera. And the audio that resulted was great, too, far better than I would have gotten with an on-camera mic -- especially in noisy environments, like a couple of kids on camera with hundreds more talking and making noise immediately around us.
