Best Inexpensive Microphones For Podcasting

Very clear and great for podcasting. Inexpensive, yet effective

I needed something inexpensive to put on an old Superlux mic I found in a closet. I use this mic for podcasting interviews and wanted a pop filter that was low profile. This was inexpensive and fit the mic perfectly.

When you open the box containing these, you will think you are looking at a Shure SM57 microphone, first of all, and they are in every aspect very close to the sound of the SM57's, though they are 1/10th as expensive..!! I am using these Pyle PDMIC78's to mike my drums...even the kick drum sounds great...I learned all this from a video on YouTube (see YouTube URL below) ..but let me clarify...though these mikes are inexpensive, I wouldn't say they are CHEAP in quality at all.....I set these up with my drums using the Glyn Johns technique, and you can find that on YouTube (see YouTube URL below)..and it all works VERY well for recording and live applications, as well as just for studio jamming..if you are on a tight budget and need some inexpensive microphones, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these PYLE PDMIC78 microphones...!

Best podcasting/voice-over microphone ever! No background noise, even when people are loudly talking in the next room. The audio is so beautiful, that I hardly need to do any work retouching it. This has streamlined my workflow and saved me hours and hours of time.

This inexpensive microphone will you give you good crisp sound. It blows away all the headset microphones. Money well spent.

I was looking for an inexpensive microphone that could help me make better videos and after looking through several different ranging from $20 to about $40 I decided to give a bit more but trust that brand. What convinced me were mostly the reviews from people who had compared it to different cheap or mid-priced microphones. Without being an authority on video making and editing as well as microphones I am sharing my satisfaction here. This microphone clearly catches voices at as much as several meters distance and in environments like beaches with ocean behind speaker or just noisy place with others speaking around. I haven't tested it so that I can compare different angles or settings but as a user I can say it was worth buying it. :)
