Best Instrument To Learn In Band

Wow, this works really well. I bought it for the band at our church. Makes it very easy for someone who plays an instrument and sings to have a decent in-ear monitor without spending a fortune. Very solid all-metal construction. Setup and use are very simple; the diagrams & labels silk-screened onto the top make it easy to see what should plug in where. As a nice additional touch, it doubles as a direct box for the instrument input. I highly recommend the optional MSC106 mic stand adapter if you're using this on stage. Only drawback is that you need a long cable or an extension for your ear monitor / headphones. If you mount this on a mic or music stand, you don't have a lot of room to move. We'll be buying a mix of these and the 1-channel PM50s to move our whole band to in-ear monitors.

We use a snake combining vocal mic, instrument mics, D.I.s, and monitor cables for each band member, running to their area of the stage from the stage digital mixer, and this product makes it easy to customize those changes and change out cables when necessary.

If anyone in your band wants more me control of their in-ear foldback for both their vocals and an instrument (or two instruments), then this is THE box for them! Ok so it costs more than the 2 channel competition, but this has the essential 3rd channel the others lack, plus an integral stereo DI box, so the total cost is much the same. What is really nice is the way it can be set for mono or stereo inputs on both the instrument channel and the main foldback. The cct diagram even contains instructions to convert the mic channel for line level inputs. A really useful box, and a much better buy in real terms than the competing products, for use by real musicians!

I’m not a musician, I can’t read music, and I don’t know music theory. But I can play this and it makes me smile! I’ve had this instrument (yes, it is an actual instrument - not a toy) for close to a month now and I’ve played it almost every day. It’s allowing me to learn to make music while also having fun with music. The strumplate is magical. It feels so nice and accurate. It is sensitive enough to pick up the lightest touch (although, it is not force sensitive in how it plays a chord). The “keyboard” if you will is something you either get used to or may not enjoy. I’ve learned to accept it, as its keys are firm, yet mushy-ish rubber buttons. The body is made of a high quality and strong plastic. It isn’t flimsy feeling in my observations and feels sturdy when you play into it. Once you learn its characteristics, you can be one with the Omnichord and just have a blast! This instrument has many uses too, as it can be used as a MIDI controller! I’ve connected it to my MacBook Pro and have played so many different sounds/electronic instruments through Logic Pro. I’m still learning the ins and outs, but I’m seeing limitless options with how you can play this thing! The onboard sounds are crisp, clear, and this little speaker can play big! Also, knowing it’s part analog, part electronic is neat. You can tell there was a lot of thinking that went into this. Overall, I’d buy this again if I ever needed to (who knows how many Suzuki will make though!) simply because it’s has captured my attention for this long and brings a smile to may face every time I play it. You’ll be the hit of the crowd when you show this off, too! It’s unique, it stands out, and it’s simply a joyful part of my day.

I had a keyboard as a kid and self learned some simple songs. This was super easy to set up and has so many different sound qualities I can’t wait to dig I more and learn more piano ?

Best film to learn on - easy to figure out fast.

I come from a garage band background and wanted to learn what beat making was all about. Man, is it fun on this thing! The instructions are limited, and I found the tutorials on macprovideo worth the additional price.

Best bone-conducting-seperate-out-of-ear "buds" I have ever tried or purchased since the one-band-behind-the-head-ones I bought ears ago, and I STILL have those!

I should have know this product before since it save your back big time. I use-it for Single Man Band Videography Contract and it is my Best Tool. Dont under estimate this simple tool it is very light but also very strong too.

Want to learn if strobe lighting is for you without spending the big bucks on a strobe set up? This is the perfect solution! Best suited for a small studio situation, this kit provides beautiful light, even in the darkest of studios. The included softbox allows for some incredible control. A word of warning - the included documentation is completely worthless as it covers only the basics of installing the modeling lamp and how to plug the light in... and even that appears to be very loosely translated from Chinese directly to incorrect English. But, that one drawback does not take away from the fact that this light provides excellent quality lighting at an incredible price. Best suited for: first-time strobists, photographers who want strobes but do not want to spend a small fortune.
