I've been using this laptop as my everyday driver since I received this computer back in June and have had no issues. Yes, Dell has had some issues with QA on their XPS line of laptops but when you get a device that is fully functional the experience with amazing. Windows 11 along with an intel 12-gen chip makes this laptop a powerhouse. Yes, the laptop will get hot if you are using it in performance mode but there are various other modes you can use and still get amazing speeds. The only real issue is the battery life is not good but that is a non-issue as I use this plugged in on my desk. I would recommend holding off on purchasing and waiting for the 2nd iteration of this laptop next year. With intel 13gen chip and letting dell fix some minor issues and this will be one of the best laptops, you can buy for the size. 5 |
