Best Laptop Computers For Video Editing 2017

I purchased the Mac Mini M2 Pro for video editing, as my 2017 Macbook Pro was getting a bit pokey for 4K, 10-bit footage. The new Mini has handled this job without a hiccup so far, and the speedy internal SSD and an external SSD I built to go with it have helped enormously. I'd originally been looking at the Mac Studio, but the less expensive but very punchy Mini made more sense for what I do. Love it.

This is working perfectly for me. I work with students, so I have a few computers on a work desk for them to do their video editing. I'm using this Auray dual headphone holder between 2 of the computers to keep things off the desktop. It attaches easily with the clamp. It also rotates 360 degrees for whatever position is better for your needs. Options are always a welcomed thing. I like that the clamp has a rubber pad cushion to allow it to attach firmly, while still preventing any damage or scratches to the desk. It's made of aluminum, so I have no fear of it breaking. Again, this is working exactly how I hoped for my situation and love that 2 headphones can fit on one holder. Which saves even more space. I did not want to load any software on because 2 of my computers are Editing Computers that I do not add much onto. I like that loading software was not needed to have this function well. When I began my search for this printer switch I did not expect to find one this nice. Thanks again to B&H for providing the option. For you who have questions about the scanner, IT WORKS.
